The Hg Foundation is recruiting two posts to help underpin its ambitious plans for the future.

 ** Programme Manager - Maternity Cover 

We are looking for a programme manager on a ~1 year contract from October to cover maternity leave. You will lead on all aspects of managing existing partnerships, sourcing new ones — as well as contributing to the overall strategy and development of the foundation.  We are recruiting on a rolling basis with first interviews in mid-August. Salary £50,000 a year.

** Internship Programme - 6-12 months 

The Foundation is now growing its team and is keen to provide opportunities for those looking to make their first steps on the non-profit / foundation career ladder.  This role will be the first in what we hope will be a rolling programme of internships of up to one year provided by the Foundation for those leaving education or looking for a career change. Salary £30,000 per annum.
